Stopp nach der Gliederung als Häkchen neben „Buch erzeugen“

Das Häkchen steht im Lauf neben dem Startknopf und bei „Neue Version“
neben „Buch erzeugen“, nicht mehr im Anlegen-Formular. Es wird mit dem
Start gespeichert und ist sichtbar, solange die Gliederung aussteht.
