Kernblock je Kapitel: Frage-Antwort-Paare zum Auffrischen, KERN.md in der Montage

Jedes Kapitel endet mit „## Kern“. Die Montage sammelt alle Blöcke in
buch/KERN.md, die API liefert sie unter kern.md. Stilregel, Kapitel- und
Prüfprompt angepasst.
