Als App installierbar (Web-Manifest, Vollbild) und Vollbild-Rückholung im Lesemodus

- Manifest mit Icons, display fullscreen; Backend liefert statische Dateien
  des Frontends direkt aus.
- Nach dem Sperren des Handys holt das nächste Umblättern das Vollbild zurück.
